Counselling Services are free of charge and are available by appointment.
Our traditional helper offers wholistic services and will assist and support you as you identify your goals by using methods that are traditionally based, such as; the Medicine Wheel Wraparound approach for identifying and achieving goals, the Medicine Wheel balancing which provides a visual look at where there may be an imbalance in mind, body, spirit, emotion along with identifying ways to promote balance and selfcare activities. Also, through the Seven Sacred Ways of Healing Trauma you will learn how the body can hold on to historical trauma and the affects that it has on the mind, body, spirit and emotions, as well as healthy tools to start releasing and repairing those imprints while connecting with your inner-child. Our traditional helper will also assist with breath and meditation exercises which is an important aspect in the healing process and to maintain grounding.
